Rosa Cape

This gorgeous tulle cape is hand made in Perth, Australia by a brilliant crafty Mum in business. Richelle, owner of Open Hand Learning, has created the beautiful cape for Lost in Play Toy Store. 

The Rosa cape material is a soft pink tulle with pearl detailing. Collar is a soft layering of pink tulle with pink ribbon, gliterry thread tinsel & pom pom detail for securing the cape.
